So I got to work today, and the Internet was down. So a half hour into alphabetizing campaign donations for records, Mary (the boss-ish lady) comes in and says: Let's face facts. I have nothing for you all to do. Go home.
Good day I think so far. And I am up before noon, so that is always a plus. ;-)

regardless...
i cant stand coming to work when theres nothing to do. yeah getting paid is great; getting up before noon is definitly an accomplishment, but i feel like im wasting my time when im backchecking data from 1995. but thats just me.
your job sounds more interesting. lucky :P

yeah you would think that ;-)
I barely get paid though, so it's really not worth it. But I guess it could be worse.
